Veteran’s Day fell on a Saturday and our hot water heater burst, and the best thing that happened was that our regular plumber couldn’t come out to replace it for a week.

Kniese’s Plumbing was selected somewhat randomly to come out and replace the water heater and also add an expansion tank. Priority scheduling of the same day service was an additional $100 (which was great!).

Two guys arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled and had the new heater and expansion tank installed and the old crap removed within 3 hours. They were professional, knowledgeable, incredibly experienced and answered all our questions with the certainty of having done this dozens of times already.

Kniese’s has become our new “regular plumber” and I would most enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in the Bucks County area.

Kniese’s Plumbing is hands down the best in the Doylestown area. Kudos to Adam and his helper (Kevin? Brian? SORRY) for their attention to detail and a job well done at my home today all while being super courteous, friendly and efficient!

Knieses Plumbing installed a water softener, neutralizer, well water storage tank and well pump in our home. They also caught a leak in a pipe behind our shower before there was serious damage. Everyone who I have dealt with from Kniese has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. I would highly recommend!

I have to post this as a way to say thank you for such great service. I called Kniese’s today (3/12/15) at around 9am about a sump pump issue. I’m thrilled to say that, on a very wet day with all the snow melt in the area, I had a new pump installed before noon. From the moment I made contact, the customer service was superior. And, Ed (I believe was his name) the actual plumber who performed the service was outstanding in every regard. I’ve never been more satisfied and I can say with 100% assuredness, I will use no one else as long as I’m living in the Doylestown area!! So look no further!

Kniese’s is the best Plumbing and Heating company in Bucks County! The secretary was very nice and efficient in setting up my appointment, and the guys that came out were very polite and respectful to my home. I highly recommend this company!!!!

I had a horrible leaking/draining problem behind my home (two fittings popped from my sump pump drains) and didn’t have a clue as to why this happened. I called, someone came right away, diagosed the immediete problem (accurately) and fixed it for under $100 within the hour. WOW!!!!!! I called another reputable plumber the day before and they almost charged me $2000 which wouldn’t have solved the root cause of my problem. I feel with Kniese they shoot straight and do their best to do right by their customers and charge a fair price. They also helped prepare an assessment and diagram to represent/diagnose what may have been the root cause of my leak. I give them my highest recommendation and plan to use them for all of my plumbing needs. Did I say how FAST they resolved my problem. Thank you!!!!!

So happy I found these guys… Their local and their prices are great compared to everyone else… They only service Doylestown and some of the surrounding towns, so their always in the area, and one time I had an emergency and I called, they were here within a half hour. Their store is also 5 minutes down the road so I go down there usually when I have a question for one of the plumbers.

These guys are the best, great plumbers. Even had them out a couple of times for something they couldn’t fix, but they gave me great advice about how to get it done quickly and well every time. And they didn’t charge a service call for any of it. Don’t see that too much these days. I’d use them again in a minute!
